Introduction

Für einen Energieversorger der Städteregion suchen wir kurzfristig einen Technischen Einkäufer mit sehr guten Kenntnissen in SAP oder SAP S/4HANA. Zu den Aufgaben gehört die Datenpflege, der operative Einkauf im SAP Umfeld mit dem Modul MM sowie die Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Bestellanforderungen.

What are you going to do

Unterstützung des Einkaufs im Zuge der Migration auf SAP S/4HANA
Qualitätssicherung von Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten im Bereich Einkauf und Logistik
Operativer Einkauf von Produkten und Dienstleistungen im SAP Umfeld mit dem Modul MM
Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Bestellanforderungen
Durchführung und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen
Pflege und Aktualsierung von Stammdaten (Lieferanten und Materialien)
Pflege von Bewegungsdaten im System

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung idealerweise mit einschlägiger kaufmännische Zusatzausbildung
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf sowie ein sehr gutes Verständnis von Beschaffungs- und Einkaufsprozessen
Sicherer Umgang mit SAP, insbesondere SAP MM und MS 365 (insbesondere Excel)
Analytische, strukturierte und wirtschaftliche Arbeitsweise
Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
