What are you going to do

The role leads multidisciplinary technical teams, supports project delivery, and ensures all technical decisions align with company objectives, industry standards, and expectations.
Develop and implement technical strategies and operational systems that align with company goals.
Oversee all implementation of investments to ensure they are in line with original plans.
Provide high-level leadership and mentorship to technical and engineering teams.

Essential skills and knowledge

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, or Civil) is typically required, with a Master's degree preferred.
A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the energy sector, with at least 5-10 years in a senior leadership or management position.
Strong leadership, project management (PMP), risk management, and excellent communication skills.
Extensive knowledge of drilling equipment, well control, mud systems, and related technology.
