Introduction

An exciting opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst to support a significant enterprise-wide program, driving clarity across OT system transitions, enabling key decisions, and producing high-quality technical artefacts.

What are you going to do 

  • Lead discovery activities for SCADA, RTUs, telemetry and OT field systems, documenting current-state behaviours and required transition changes.
  • Coordinate workshops with SMEs and vendors to clarify technical requirements, migration constraints, device-level impacts and operational considerations.
  • Capture high-level technical impacts across Supervisory Control, monitoring, communications and physical OT environments.
  • Translate vendor and SME inputs into clear, structured transition requirements for inclusion in the Application Treatment Plan.
  • Collaborate with architecture, OT engineering, field operations and delivery teams to validate decisions, confirm readiness and track risks or issues throughout the transition.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • An experienced Technical BA who thrives in complex OT environments and enjoys working with real-time operational systems.
  • Strong background in SCADA platforms, field RTUs, telemetry systems or integration-heavy OT networks.
  • Skilled in gathering technical detail from SMEs and vendors and converting it into structured, actionable documentation.
  • Confident working across current, interim and future-state OT designs with an eye for operational impacts and dependencies.
  • A proactive communicator who brings structure, clarity and momentum to fast-moving programs.
