Sie stellen eine zuverlässige und effiziente Beschaffung sicher und verantworten die Betreuung definierter Produktgruppen. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit internationalen Lieferanten und internen Bereichen zusammen.

What are you going to do

Sie bearbeiten Anfragen und Angebote für bestehende sowie neue Artikel.
Darüber hinaus steuern Sie den gesamten Bestellprozess von der Bedarfsmeldung bis zur Rechnungsprüfung.
Außerdem betreuen Sie zugeordnete Produktgruppen eigenverantwortlich und sichern die Materialverfügbarkeit.
Zudem holen Sie Angebote ein, vergleichen diese und führen Bestellungen strukturiert durch.
Weiterhin pflegen Sie Lieferanten- und Artikelstammdaten im ERP-System und stimmen sich eng mit internen Abteilungen ab.
Abschließend unterstützen Sie Preisverhandlungen und wirken aktiv an der Verbesserung von Einkaufsprozessen mit.

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Erste Berufserfahrung in Disposition, Materialwirtschaft oder Warenwirtschaft
Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
Gute Excel-Kenntnisse
Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
