What are you going to do 

  • Supervise townhouse and unit developments from groundworks to completion
  • Run day-to-day site operations and manage all trades and subcontractors
  • Drive build programs, quality, and productivity
  • Ensure WHS compliance and maintain a safe, well-run site
  • Problem-solve on site and keep projects moving
  • Be hands-on when needed, this is not a desk-only role

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven experience supervising townhouse and unit projects
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver builds start to finish
  • Qualified carpenter background (essential)
  • Confident, practical, and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable working in a volume building environment
  • Not afraid to get your hands dirty and lead from the front
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with trades
