What are you going to do 

  • Manage the day-to-day site operations across luxury residential builds
  • Coordinate and supervise trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards
  • Conduct site inspections and maintain strong WHS compliance
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and internal project teams
  • Drive programme schedules and maintain project milestones
  • Maintain a high level of workmanship and attention to detail throughout all stages of construction

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering custom or luxury residential homes
  • Strong understanding of high-end finishes and detailed construction methods
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain strong site relationships
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • QBCC Supervisor Licence preferred
  • Stable employment history within residential construction
