I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, Australian-owned builder with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-quality projects across the commercial, industrial and public sectors.

With a growing pipeline of work in Melbourne, they're looking to bring on an experienced Site Manager to lead projects and drive outcomes on-site. This is a great opportunity to join a business that values strong leadership, accountability and quality delivery.

You'll take full responsibility for site operations, leading teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

This role suits a Site Manager who enjoys being hands-on, leading from the front and working closely with project teams to deliver complex builds.


What you'll be doing

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations from mobilisation through to completion
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors and trades to ensure smooth delivery
  • Drive programme adherence, sequencing and productivity on site
  • Maintain high standards across safety, quality and compliance
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers and engineers
  • Identify risks early and implement practical solutions
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial / industrial projects
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing, safety and quality
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and keep projects on track
  • Clear communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Relevant trade or construction qualifications (preferred)
