What are you going to do 

We're seeking experienced Commercial Fit-Out Site Managers to join our team on a contract basis. With a strong pipeline of projects, we have day and night shifts available across a variety of commercial fit-out and refurbishment works.

As a site manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction project, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and in compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.

  • Effectively coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, including managing subcontractors and trades.

  • Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within budget

  • Monitor and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance on-site

Essential skills and knowledge 

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Valid QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder's Licence
  • Trade-qualified background
  • Proven experience in commercial construction and refurbishment
  • Strong ability to coordinate and manage onsite trades
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Flexibility to work day or night shifts as required
  • Contract lengths will vary depending on project scope
