Introduction

With multiple projects commencing on the Gold Coast, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager who knows how to take unit and townhouse developments from basement through to completion.

This is not a role for someone "wanting to step up."We are specifically looking for a proven operator with strong local experience running multi-residential projects.

What are you going to do 

  • Managing day-to-day site operations
  • Coordinating trades, supervisors, and foremen
  • Driving programme and site productivity
  • Ensuring safety, quality, and delivery targets are met
  • Managing projects from excavation/basement stage through to handover
  • Maintaining strong communication with project teams and stakeholders

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven experience delivering units, townhouses, or multi-residential projects
  • Successfully managed projects from basement to completion
  • Strong experience overseeing trades, foremen, and site supervisors
  • Solid understanding of local construction processes and subcontractor networks
  • Previous experience working within the Brisbane or Gold Coast market
  • Must have QBCC license and own vehicle
