What are you going to do 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize site documentation, reports, and records
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and site communications
  • Support procurement and inventory management for site supplies
  • Assist with health, safety, and environmental compliance documentation
  • Facilitate communication between on-site teams and head office
  • Monitor and report on daily site activities and issues
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and correspondence

Essential skills and knowledge 

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in administrative support, preferably in construction or renewable energy projects
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite and basic project management tools
  • Ability to work on-site in a dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and proactive attitude
