Introduction

On behalf of our Client, a Tier 1 Mining Company, Brunel is presently recruiting a Site Administrator. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency. This will be a casual FIFO contract working a 2:1 roster from Perth.

What are you going to do 

  • Coordinate the daily running of site offices including office supplies and logistics
  • Provide administrative support to the site-based Owners Team to ensure seamless operations
  • Support contractor onboarding and workforce mobilisation in coordination with vendors
  • Manage contractor workforce forecasting and accommodation planning
  • Coordinate flights, accommodation and vehicle management for Project Teams
  • Raise purchase orders, track procurement request and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare and distribute site notices, meeting presentation slides and Toolbox presentations
  • Manage project assets including mobiles, tablet and office equipment
  • Oversee logistics coordination with Contractors and Warehouse Teams
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across various departments

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Previous experience in a similar site-based administrative role
  • Experience in SAP, SuccessFactors and Cost Control systems
  • Proven stakeholder and contractor coordination experience
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Exceptional time management, organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks effectively
  • Professional, dependable and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills
