What are you going to do 

Seeking a hands-on Service Warranty Manager to take ownership of the final stage of the build process and ongoing warranty works.

  • Conduct final QA inspections prior to handover
  • Manage post-handover warranty and maintenance works
  • Coordinate and oversee trades to ensure timely defect resolution
  • Work closely with the Service Coordinator and report directly to the Building Manager
  • Maintain high-quality standards and strong customer outcomes
  • Utilise systems such as iPad/ClickHome to track jobs and updates

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Strong background in residential construction (volume building highly regarded)
  • Trade-qualified (carpentry, plastering, tiling or similar)
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy (ClickHome experience a bonus)
  • Takes pride in quality and customer satisfaction
