我们正在寻找一位在肽类药物设计与改造领域具备深厚经验的资深药物化学家。你将主导肽类先导化合物的发现与优化，推动创新项目从早期发现向临床前开发阶段转化，并参与技术平台及研发团队能力建设。

What are you going to do 

  • 主导或参与肽类先导化合物的发现、设计、合成路线规划及结构优化。
  • 运用计算化学、分子模拟及AI辅助设计工具开展肽类药物的构效关系（SAR）研究。
  • 针对肽类药物在稳定性、口服生物利用度、免疫原性等方面的成药性挑战，设计并实施化学修饰策略。
  • 作为药物化学核心成员参与项目团队，与生物学、DMPK、制剂、CMC等部门紧密协作，推动候选化合物从早期发现向临床前开发阶段转化。
  • 参与专利撰写及知识产权布局，推动核心技术的专利保护。
  • 跟踪肽类药物领域的前沿进展，包括环肽、订书肽、PDC及非天然氨基酸引入等，评估并引入新技术和新方法。
  • 建立并优化肽类化合物的合成、纯化、表征及分析平台。
  • 指导初级研究员及合成化学家的实验设计与执行，提升团队整体技术水平。

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • 有机化学、药物化学、化学生物学或相关专业博士学历；优秀的硕士学历且经验丰富者亦可考虑。
  • 具有5年以上肽类药物设计与合成相关经验。具有完整的新药研发项目经验，从靶点验证至PCC提名者优先。
  • 具有肽类药物进入临床或IND申报经验者优先。
  • 精通肽类化合物的固相合成（SPPS）及液相合成（LPPS）技术，熟悉各类保护基策略及偶联方法。
  • 深入理解肽类药物的成药性关键问题，并掌握至少一项相关技术，包括环肽设计与合成、订书肽（Stapled Peptides）、非天然氨基酸引入与修饰、多肽-药物偶联物（PDC）、多肽-寡核苷酸偶联物（POC），或PEG化、脂质化、糖基化改造。
  • 熟练使用HPLC、LC-MS、NMR等分析手段进行肽类化合物的表征及质量控制。
  • 具备计算化学或分子模拟经验，如分子对接、肽链构象预测等者优先。
  • 具有出色的科学洞察力及问题解决能力，能够独立设计实验并分析数据。
  • 具备良好的中英文书面及口头表达能力，能够撰写高质量的研究报告、专利及申报资料。
  • 具备团队协作精神和跨部门沟通能力，并具有较强的项目管理意识。
