Introduction

What are you going to do

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on instrumentation and control equipment.
Maintain production control systems, process instrumentation, and safety systems to maximize FPSO uptime and operational efficiency.
Diagnose and rectify faults in electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and digital control systems.
Execute calibration, loop checking, functional testing, and commissioning activities.
Assist operations personnel during plant start-up, shutdown, and production optimization activities.
Ensure all maintenance activities are properly planned and executed using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Control & Automation Systems

Maintain Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Emergency Shutdown Systems (ESD), Fire & Gas (F&G) Systems, and PLC-based control systems.
Perform testing and maintenance of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) in accordance with approved procedures.
Troubleshoot communication networks including Modbus, Profibus, Foundation Fieldbus, Ethernet/IP, and other industrial protocols.
Support software modifications, controller backups, and system upgrades under approved Management of Change (MOC) procedures.

Essential skills and knowledge

Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
Technical certification in instrumentation and control systems preferred.
Valid offshore certification (BOSIET/FOET, HUET, Medical Certificate, etc.) as required by project location.
