What are you going to do 

As a Sales Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction phase, delivering accurate and timely estimates that support the sales process and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate sales estimates for residential volume housing projects
  • Interpret plans, specifications, and client selections
  • Liaise closely with sales, drafting, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Price variations, upgrades, and client changes efficiently
  • Ensure estimates align with company margins and costing standards
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while working to deadlines
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive estimating team

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Sales Estimator in residential construction
  • Previous experience with a volume builder is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing
  • High level of accuracy, organisation, and time management
  • Confident communicator with a team-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working within established systems and processes
