What are you going to do 

  • Durchführung von Prüfungen und Messungen an Bauteilen, Baugruppen oder Systemen

  • Vorbereitung, Aufbau und Bedienung von Prüfständen und Messmitteln

  • Auswertung und Dokumentation von Prüfergebnissen

  • Analyse von Fehlern, Abweichungen und Qualitätsproblemen

  • Erstellung von Prüfprotokollen und technischen Berichten

  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Optimierung von Prüfverfahren

  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Normen, Richtlinien und Qualitätsstandards

  • Wartung und Kalibrierung von Prüf- und Messgeräten

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung

  • Unterstützung bei Ursachenanalysen und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Technische Ausbildung (z. B. Mechatroniker, Elektroniker, Industriemechaniker)

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Prüf- und Messtechnik

  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen und Dokumentationen

  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

  • Teamfähigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein
