Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Lead the delivery of D&C projects across Education, Government Facilities, Health and Multi-Storey Residential sectors ($15M-$50M).
  • Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programme, cost, quality and safety targets are achieved.
  • Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and internal delivery teams to meet key project milestones.
  • Oversee procurement, contract administration, variations and project reporting.
  • Identify and manage project risks, delays and cost impacts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and support to Site Managers, Project Engineers and Contracts Administration staff.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Project Management experience with a commercial head contractor.
  • Experience delivering D&C building projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience on projects ideally in the $10M-$50M range.
