Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Lead delivery of a $80M+ luxury high-rise project.
  • Manage programme, cost, quality, design and construction.
  • Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop the project team.
  • Manage project risks, design issues and commercial outcomes.
  • Work closely with senior leadership, clients and consultants.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven Project Manager experience with a head contractor.
  • Must have delivered high-rise residential projects valued at $80M+.
  • Luxury / high-end apartment experience highly regarded.
  • Strong construction methodology, programming and commercial skills.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Australian or New Zealand head contractor experience required.
  • Australian Citizen, NZ Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.
