Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from planning through to handover.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and reporting.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and drive practical, cost-effective solutions.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused site culture.
  • Experience with commercial projects up to $15 million.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager or similar role in commercial construction.
  • Proven track record delivering commercial projects (education, childcare, commercial).
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project financials.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering.
