Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Manage the full lifecycle of civil subdivision projects (bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, sewer, water reticulation, etc.)
  • Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Liaise with developers, councils, engineers, and service authorities
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality assurance
  • Lead project meetings and ensure strong communication across all stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction, specifically subdivisions
  • Solid understanding of local council and authority requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil works (earthworks, roads, services)
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Proficient with project management tools and software
  • Current driver's licence and construction white card
