What are you going to do

Lead project planning and scheduling activities, ensuring alignment with scope and timelines
Ensure full compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Monitor and report on financial performance, including monthly forecasting and budget assessments
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery
Oversee coordination of staff, subcontractors, procurement, and equipment to meet project objectives
Provide guidance, training, and performance management to team members, fostering a high-performing workforce

Essential skills and knowledge

Experience managing civil subdivision projects
Strong knowledge of earthworks, roads, drainage & utilities
Skilled in planning, budgeting & team coordination
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Safety-focused with relevant industry cards & licences
