Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Manage multiple projects from contract award through to handover
  • Coordinate site supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality
  • Drive project schedules and proactively manage project milestones
  • Monitor safety, compliance, and quality standards across all projects
  • Report regularly on management on progress and performance

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential or multi-residential construction
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, budgets, and programs
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • QBCC License and relevant construction qualifications preferred

Meeting in Real Life

After successfully making through the phone interview, a face to face interview will be scheduled between the candidate and recruiter. This session can be a more in-depth  interview to review your communication and interpersonal skills.
