Introduction
What are you going to do
- Manage multiple projects from contract award through to handover
- Coordinate site supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality
- Drive project schedules and proactively manage project milestones
- Monitor safety, compliance, and quality standards across all projects
- Report regularly on management on progress and performance
Essential skills and knowledge
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential or multi-residential construction
- Strong understanding of construction processes, budgets, and programs
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- QBCC License and relevant construction qualifications preferred
