As a Project Maintenance and Reliability Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing maintenance strategies, ensuring alignment with operational needs, and supporting seamless project execution. Responsibilities include:

  • OEM Review & Optimization: Analyzing OEM manuals, validating operational feasibility, and optimizing maintenance intervals.
  • Technical Inputs to CMMS: Defining structured maintenance tasks and ensuring they are CMMS-ready.
  • Engineering Data Validation: Verifying equipment tagging, reviewing P&IDs, and aligning maintenance mapping.
  • Project Support: Collaborating with planners, analysts, and reliability experts while acting as the technical authority for maintenance content.

Core Project Responsibilities

The candidate will function as a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer - Technical Content Owner, responsible for:

Maintenance Build & Strategy

  • Identify maintenance requirements for project equipment
  • Define:
    • Preventive maintenance
    • Condition monitoring
    • Basic care tasks
  • Align maintenance to failure modes

OEM Review & Optimization

  • Review OEM manuals and recommendations
  • Validate feasibility for site operations
  • Optimize maintenance scope and intervals

Technical Inputs to CMMS

  • Define:
    • What maintenance tasks are required
    • How they should be structured
  • Ensure inputs are CMMS‑ready, though not entered personally

Engineering Data Validation

  • Verify equipment tagging and alignment
  • Review P&IDs, master tag register references
  • Support correct equipment‑to‑maintenance mapping
