Introduction

What are you going to do 

  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate tasks, meetings, and project timelines to ensure milestones are met
  • Act as a central point of contact for team members and stakeholders
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, schedules, and QA/QC records
  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage resources efficiently
  • Identify risks and issues, escalating and resolving them to keep projects on track
  • Provide technical guidance on design, construction, and program changes
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and support procurement planning
  • Facilitate regular project management meetings

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • On-site project delivery experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering (desirable)
  • Strong project delivery skills, including budgeting and work coordination
  • Client-facing with a commercial mindset
  • Ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Self-motivated and effective in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation, and time management
  • Proven experience coordinating subcontractors across multiple trades
  • Inspection or asset management experience is a plus
