What are you going to do 

  • Lead project controls complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects
  • Establish and drive program frameworks to support long-term delivery success
  • Oversee planning, cost control, forecasting, and performance reporting
  • Implement and manage earned value, risk analysis, and change control processes
  • Provide commercial and controls support to operational and client stakeholders
  • Contribute to procurement, reporting, and decision-making processes

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • 10+ years' experience in project controls, planning, or commercial roles
  • Minimum 6 years' leadership experience on major infrastructure projects
  • Strong expertise in earned value management, risk, and change control
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Proven ability to implement and optimise planning methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Eligible to obtain Defence Security Clearance and National Police Clearance
  • Full Australian working rights
