Introduction

On behalf of our client, a High Profile Service Provider to the Oil & Gas industry sector, we are sourcing an Administrator to support People & Culture who is presently residing in Darwin. This will be a casual contract based in the heart of the Darwin CBD to commence as soon as possible.

What are you going to do 

You will provide essential support across mobilisation, onboarding, travel coordination and general administration activities. This is a varied role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with multiple stakeholders.

  • Coordinate mobilisation requirements with external vendors, including certifications and compliance documentation
  • Liaise with operational teams and engineers regarding mobilisation and logistics activities
  • Assist with onboarding processes, including e-Learning distribution and compliance checks for employees and vendors
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for crew changes, training and ad hoc business requirements
  • Maintain People & Culture systems and data records, including creating and terminating user access
  • Provide administration support for events, meetings, catering and office activities
  • Deliver general administrative support to the People & Culture team as required

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Previous administration experience within a busy office or support environment
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance
  • Proficiency using business systems and Microsoft Office applications
