Introduction

On behalf of our client, Woodside Energy, a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently recruiting a Payroll Analyst for a casual contract at their 'state of the art' Corporate Perth CBD premises!

What are you going to do 

You will have the opportunity to work with the team in delivering a Global Payroll Centre of Excellence.

  • Transacting day to day payroll activities to ensure accurate data is processed and maintained
  • Delivery in accordance with the monthly timetable so that all payroll activities are conducted according to Company and legislative guidelines to ensure timely, accurate and efficient delivery of Benefits services to the business
  • Support payroll processes including processing terminations, reconciliation of super and STP
  • Resolution of queries and issues raised by the business, escalating to the Payroll Team Lead as required

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Previous monthly end to end payroll experience - in excess of 1,000+
  • Experience in SAP or EC/ECP - highly desirable
  • Confidence in prioritising your workload to meet deadlines
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Flexibility and willingness to address multiple issues simultaneously and see tasks through to conclusion
  • Capability to manage a high workload and determining outcomes without supervision
  • Enthusiastic team player
  • Good analytical skills
