We’re hiring Payable Coordinator for one of our Leading MNC in Oil & Gas to join their growing team. This position is based out in Bangalore.

What are you going to do 

Position: Payable Coordinator

YOE: 4+ Years.

Contract: On Contract.

Location: Bangalore.

MAIN FUNCTIONS: Responsible for the processing, tracking, verification, and payment of vendor invoices in accordance with standard controls and procedures. Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of invoices in accordance with Company policies and procedures. This includes rate verification of applicable invoices, ensuring proper DOAG approvals are obtained, proper date stamps and coding are used and researching vendor inquiries.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Education; B.sc(Accounting & finance background);
  • Years of Experience: 4+ Years;
  • Payable, Invoice Calculations, Invoice checking, Invoice submissions, Tracking orders, SAP, payment issue troubleshooting.MS office;
  • Clear communication skill, and good time management - Proactive - integrity.
