Introduction

On behalf of our client, a World Leader within the Energy / Oil & Gas industry, Brunel is presently sourcing an Organisational Change Management Advisor to support projects impacting people, processes, organisational structures and systems. This will be a 6-month contract based in the Perth CBD.

What are you going to do 

You will work closely with Project Teams and stakeholders to develop and deliver change plans that support successful adoption and long-term outcomes.

  • Develop and implement Change Management strategies and plans
  • Conduct change impact assessments and identify people-related risks
  • Deliver communication, training and sustainment activities
  • Coach Managers and Supervisors through change transitions
  • Support Project Teams to embed change activities into project plans
  • Monitor project progress, stakeholder engagement and change outcomes
  • Maintain change registers and support coordination of change initiatives
  • Collaborate with HR, Training, Corporate Affairs, Technology and Continuous Improvement teams

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies - PROSCI accredited
  • Expertise supporting organisational change initiatives
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement change management plans
  • Strong organisational and coordination capabilities
  • Collaborative, proactive and team-focused approach
