Introduction

Provide end-to-end coordination support to NWS Offshore teams, including travel, administration and S4Hana processes. This role works closely with the Asset Leadership Team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support offshore mobilisation, and maintain efficient systems and workflows. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the broader business.

What are you going to do 

We are seeking a highly organised People Coordinator to support NWS Offshore operations through travel coordination, administration, and systems support.

  • Coordinate offshore travel, mobilisation, and logistics
  • Provide administrative support to the Asset Leadership Team
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and shared inbox coordination
  • Process invoices, PRs, POs, and service entries
  • Support S4Hana data entry and system processes
  • Coordinate onboarding of service providers and vendors
  • Organise team events, workshops, and recognition initiatives
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Ability to perform the role independently with minimal supervision
  • High level organisational and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating high volumes of travel and staff mobilisation
  • Experience in administration or travel coordination within an operational environment (energy/resources preferred)
  • Strong ability to engage and manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Intermediate S4Hana experience
  • Experience with VPOB, Woodchip, and P6 (desirable)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
  • Exposure to Power BI, SharePoint, or document management systems
  • Willingness and ability to travel offshore if required
