Introduction

We are seeking multiple Mobile Plant Operators based in Dampier and/or Karratha, with experience operating a range of heavy machinery including graders, loaders, watercarts and HC trucks.

What are you going to do 

This residential opportunity offers the chance to work across vital infrastructure projects that support the safe movement of personnel, equipment, and resources throughout one of Australia's most significant mining and rail networks.

  • $53 - $56 an hour plus super depending on experience
  • Residential | Dampier / Karratha, WA
  • Roster: 8 Days On, 6 Days Off
  • Shifts: Days Only
  • Initial 6 month engagement with high possibility of ongoing work

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Minimum Australian Working Rights are required for this role
  • Minimum 2 years' experience operating heavy machinery
  • Experience within mining, civil, construction, rail, transport, or infrastructure environments
  • Proven experience operating:
    • CAT Graders
    • Rollers
    • Watercarts
    • Loaders
    • HC Trucks
  • Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
  • HR Licence minimum
  • HC Licence highly desirable
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently when required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
  • Flexibility to travel between work locations and relocate equipment where required
  • Ability to meet site medical and fitness requirements
