Introduction

  • The role holder is responsible for the assessment and management of training partners and external training providers.
  • The role holder also clarifies the overall training demand in COMPANY and ensures compliance with established international and regional regulations.
  • Furthermore, the role holder derives implements a marketing strategy and measures for internal and external stakeholders.

What are you going to do 

  • Responsibility for marketing activities in COMPANY and the Region Middle East
  • Strategic planning of targeted marketing activities
  • Alignment with internal and external partners
  • Responsibility for marketing budget
  • Communication and clarification of training needs with business department.
  • Assessment of training partners
  • Works in cooperation with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement section on securing and maintaining the ISO / Risk Management / ISMS certification
  • Carries out and ensures the compliance of all activities within the Department are in line with COMPANY health and safety regulations.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Holder of bachelor's in electrical engineering or equivalent. & Development Specialization with Marketing Certification
  • The candidate should be a bilingual speaker & writer
  • 5 years of experience in similar position
