Introduction

We’re hiring Lead Engineering for one of our Leading MNC in Oil & Gas to join their growing team. This position is based out in Mumbai (Offshore).

What are you going to do 

Position: Lead Engineering;

YOE: 20 Years;

Contract: 6 months contract & Extendable;

Location: Mumbai (Offshore).

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus;
  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, with a focus on fixed platform topside and FPSO projects;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from initiation to completion;
  • Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles and practices related to offshore oil and gas installations;
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks;
  • Proficient in project management software and tools;
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the aptitude to motivate and guide a diverse group of professionals;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations;
  • PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
