Head of Construction (LQ4N)

* Ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and regulations during fabrication process.* Manages and ensures successful execution of relevant Compression Platform Complex Fabrication project components to meet prioritized objectives (Safety, Quality, Schedule, and others, as appropriate).
* To supervise and control the activities of the Contractor/Subcontractors related to the Topsides fabrication, Mechanical Completion to ensure that it complies with contractual requirements, project documentation and applicable International Standards.* To assess the constructability aspects, as well as the compliance with all technical requirements, of the deliverables provided by the Engineering Team Contractor.
* To review deviations to LNG construction standards for comments with Contractors / Subcontractors input, to deliver a consistent dossier (documents, materials, procured and fabricated items, precom/com dossiers, as built …) for the construction activities.* Identify any areas of concern with respect to progress and/or quality and recommend corrective actions as required.
* Review Contractor's progress reports and reports for all the activities, highlighting critical problems, drifts and dysfunctions if any.* To Liaise with Contractors/Subcontractors for all structure subjects, MC, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning to ensure the Contractors/Subcontractors progress follow up and reporting.
* Bring execution solutions that favour safe construction execution and transition to Commissioning activities.* To lead and contribute to Risk Assessments kick off meetings and Pre-Job Meetings, technical meeting etc. as required in accordance with Company's referential.
* To participate in REX and Lessons Learned for the Company. Responsible for implementation of lessons learned from previous projects with LNG and/or Contractor, as well as capturing and communicating construction lessons learned for the current project.
