Introduction

What are you going to do 

We are seeking an experienced Lead Auditor to support the delivery of major offshore oil & gas projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and conducting internal, supplier, subcontractor and project audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems, contractual requirements and applicable industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project audit plans and audit schedules.
  • Conduct internal, supplier, subcontractor and project audits.
  • Evaluate compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and project requirements.
  • Perform supplier qualification and pre-award assessments.
  • Issue audit findings and verify corrective action implementation.
  • Support client, certification and surveillance audits.
  • Prepare audit reports, trend analyses and management reports.
  • Promote continuous improvement and quality best practices.
  • Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Lead Auditor experience.
  • Experience within FPSO, FSO, FLNG, Offshore Platforms, EPCIC, Marine Construction or Offshore Oil & Gas projects.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 19011 auditing guidelines.
  • Experience conducting supplier, project and compliance audits.
  • Strong analytical, reporting and stakeholder management skills. [

Additional Information

  • Work location: Tuas Shipyard Boulevard.
  • Occasional business travel to Johor Bahru, Malaysia may be required depending on project needs.
  • Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 5:30pm schedule.
