Introduction

What are you going to do 

We are seeking a Land Advisor / Representative III to support a project focused on company owned mineral and royalty interests. This role will be responsible for verifying ownership, reviewing producing assets, researching title and production history, and supporting the management of land and commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities

* Review internal land records and online courthouse documents to confirm ownership of mineral, royalty, and overriding royalty interests

* Research production history, producing formations, and held by production status

* Verify Net Revenue Interest (NRI) calculations

* Analyze title records and identify ownership or title issues

* Negotiate and manage land related agreements, including leases, rights of way, and other commercial contracts

* Support acreage management, contract administration, and risk mitigation activities

* Coordinate title curative efforts and resolve ownership issues

* Manage relationships with landowners, government agencies, partners, and service providers

* Provide support for litigation and land related disputes when required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with company owned mineral and royalty portfolios

* Permian Basin experience

Essential skills and knowledge 

* Experience in land administration, land advisory, or land representative roles within the oil and gas industry

* Experience researching title, courthouse records, alignment sheets, easements, and acquisition documents

* Experience reviewing mineral ownership, royalty interests, and title documentation

* Ability to verify Net Revenue Interest (NRI) calculations

* Experience negotiating land and commercial agreements

* Proficiency with Quorum Land

* Proficiency with Enverus products, including DrillingInfo, Enverus Courthouse, and EnergyLink

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
