The successful candidate will be responsible for dimensional control, surveying, alignment verification, and as-built documentation activities during the fabrication, integration, and installation phases of FPSO projects.This role requires extensive experience in FPSO construction environments, ensuring that all structural, piping, equipment, and module installations comply with engineering specifications, project tolerances, and industry standards.Perform dimensional control surveys for FPSO hulls, topsides modules, structural steel, piping systems, and equipment installations.Establish, maintain, and verify survey control networks, benchmarks, and reference points throughout construction and fabrication activities.Conduct pre-fabrication, in-process, and final dimensional inspections to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and project specifications.Carry out alignment and leveling checks for modules, skids, equipment packages, pipe spools, and structural assemblies.Perform as-built surveys and prepare accurate survey deliverables, reports, and records.Support fabrication, construction, module integration, load-out, transportation, and offshore installation activities.Verify critical interfaces between hull structures, topsides modules, and associated systems.Identify dimensional deviations, non-conformances, and interface issues, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.Operate Total Stations, Laser Scanners, GPS/GNSS systems, and other survey instruments to execute survey activities.Process and analyze laser scanning and point cloud data for dimensional verification and construction accuracy.Compare as-built conditions against engineering drawings and 3D design models.Prepare survey procedures, method statements, inspection reports, dimensional control reports, and deviation reports.Coordinate closely with Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, Client, and Subcontractor teams to ensure project requirements are met.Ensure survey equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.Comply with all HSE, quality, and project requirements throughout survey operations.Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in dimensional surveying within the Oil & Gas, Offshore, Marine, or Energy industry.Proven experience working on FPSO projects, including fabrication, integration, conversion, or offshore installation phases.Strong experience in dimensional control of structural steel, piping systems, topsides modules, and equipment installation.Proficient in the use of survey equipment such as Leica, Trimble, or Topcon Total Stations, Laser Scanners, GPS/GNSS systems, and Digital Levels.Hands-on experience with software including Leica Cyclone, AutoCAD, Autodesk ReCap, Navisworks, AVEVA E3D, or similar applications.Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GA drawings, isometrics, layouts, and 3D models.Familiarity with dimensional control procedures, survey standards, and quality requirements applicable to FPSO projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced construction or fabrication environment.Previous experience with EPC contractors and offshore fabrication yards will be highly advantageous.EA Personnel Registration No.: R1657042
