Introduction

  • This position will interface with various Project teams to verify the completion of Project and deliverables to provide assurance that the facility is ready for Operations Acceptance.
  • The duties include to define, align, and implement the delivery validation work processes for deliverables needed to Safely Own and Operate the facility.
  • Working with large amount of data estimated near 5 millions of database records.

What are you going to do 

  • Champions on-site safety awareness and safe performance with contractor and among Project Team
  • Coordinate and ensure alignment amongst Project and procedures in terms of milestones, schedule, and deliverables.
  • Clear understanding of asset ownership once Operations Acceptance has occurred.
  • Ensure consistency and correct interfacing with other areas during the various phases of the Project as required to ensure all requirements are complied with.
  • Liaise with Team on all interface matters and help expedite the interface management process between Project.
  • Progressively identify and account for Project deliverables which are required for the safe operations and maintenance of the facility.
  • Measure and communicate deliverable progress and maintain cross functional team interfaces.
  • Ensure that the necessary requirements of each deliverable meet and align to principles.
  • Proactively raise issues, queries and risks which can affect the acceptance.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ proven work experience with Facility Acceptance requirements
  • Experience working in multicultural environments
  • Strong knowledge of system completion tools
  • Multi Discipline skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Good computer literacy skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with several organizational levels.
