Introduction

Seeking a skilled Insulation Supervisor for a critical turnaround (TAR) project at a major industrial facility located in Tisza, Hungary. This large-scale plant specialises in advanced process engineering and operates some of the most sophisticated plate heat exchangers in the region. The assignment offers a unique opportunity to work on a high-profile project involving the exchange of multiple plate heat exchangers within a state-of-the-art environment.

What are you going to do 

Responsibilities:

The role involves supervising insulation activities during the scheduled turnaround period from mid-September/beginning of October 2026 through to the end of January 2027. You will oversee the insulation team, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

The project requires hands-on coordination and technical expertise to support the replacement and insulation of plate heat exchangers, contributing to the facility's ongoing operational excellence and efficiency.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Insulation Supervisor, preferably within large-scale industrial or process plants
  • Availability from mid-September or early October 2026 through to January 2027
  • Ability to manage teams and coordinate insulation works during turnaround activities
  • Strong knowledge of insulation materials and their application on plate heat exchangers
  • Flexibility to work on-site in Tisza, Hungary
  • Candidates must be available under a Limited Company (LTD) arrangement
