Due to growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Structures Foreman to join one of Queensland's most successful privately-owned construction companies on a major luxury residential development in North Brisbane.

With a reputation for delivering premium multi-residential and mixed-use projects, our client continues to secure high-profile work across South East Queensland and offers excellent career stability and progression.

What are you going to do 

Reporting in to the Site Manager & Project Manager, your dutuies will include:

  • Manage all structural works from commencement through to completion.
  • Coordinate concrete, formwork, reinforcement, post-tensioning, and associated trades.
  • Drive programme outcomes and maintain productivity targets.
  • Ensure safety standards are upheld across all site activities.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to achieve project milestones.
  • Monitor quality outcomes and resolve construction issues proactively.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven experience as a Structures Foreman on large commercial or multi-residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of structural construction methodologies.
  • Ability to lead subcontractors and site teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and planning skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and programme delivery.
