Introduction

Brunel is partnering with a respected developer-builder on the Sunshine Coast to find an experienced Finishes Foreman to lead the delivery of high-quality multi-residential projects. This is your chance to oversee the final stages of standout apartment builds, ensuring every detail is flawless and delivered on time.

What are you going to do 

As the Finishes Foreman, you will take charge of all finishing trades onsite, from carpentry and tiling to painting, joinery, and fit-outs. You'll coordinate crews, manage subcontractors, and ensure that every apartment meets premium standards. This is a hands-on leadership role with real visibility and influence on high-impact projects across the Sunshine Coast.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Lead and supervise finishing trades to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

  • Coordinate daily work schedules and sequencing of multiple trades.

  • Monitor and enforce quality control, ensuring finishes meet designs and defect-free requirements.

  • Maintain a strong safety culture with regular site inspections and toolbox talks.

  • Work closely with site management to resolve issues and keep projects running smoothly.

  • Interpret plans and drawings to deliver outcomes that exceed client expectations.

  • Have a QBCC Site Supervisor license

What we offer

  • White Card and relevant trade or supervisory qualifications desirable.
