Introduction

As a Facilities Project Lead, you will manage large-scale facility projects within a high-tech manufacturing environment. You will translate production requirements into future-proof factory designs and lead new-build and rebuild projects that support the growth of advanced manufacturing technologies.

What are you going to do 

You are responsible for managing facility projects from requirement gathering through realization. You connect manufacturing needs with technical facility solutions and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality production environments.


Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Lead new-build and rebuild facility projects within a high-tech production environment.
  • Translate manufacturing requirements into facility designs and layouts.
  • Manage stakeholders, engineering partners, and construction teams.
  • Optimize factory layouts, production flow, and infrastructure requirements.
  • Support cleanroom design, utilities, and facility specifications.
  • Manage scope, planning, budget, and project changes.
  • Guide CAD-based layout designs and engineering activities.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Applied Physics, or similar.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities, factory engineering, or technical project management.
  • Experience with high-tech manufacturing environments and cleanrooms.
  • Knowledge of plant layouts, production flow, and facility design.
  • Good command of English; Dutch is a plus.
