What are you going to do

Analyse, Modellierung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Pflege eines ganzheitlichen Prozessmanagements
Entwicklung und Implementierung von Governance- und Prozessmanagement-Standards
Moderation von Workshops sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern
Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen
Einführung, Weiterentwicklung oder Migration von Prozessmanagement-Tools
Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen, Richtlinien und Entscheidungsvorlagen
Unterstützung bei regulatorischen und organisatorischen Anforderungen, insbesondere im Energie- und Infrastrukturumfeld

Essential skills and knowledge

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) im Prozessmanagement oder in vergleichbaren Aufgabenfeldern
Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Prozessmodellierung (z. B. BPMN)
Erfahrung in der Analyse, Gestaltung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen, idealerweise im Energie- oder Infrastrukturumfeld
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Prozessmanagement-Tools wie BIC Platform, Signavio, ARIS oder ConSense
Erfahrung mit der Einführung, Weiterentwicklung oder Migration von Prozessmanagement-Tools von Vorteil
