Identify and report potential non-conformities, raise Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and follow up to ensure timely and effective closeouts. Witness and verify Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Welder Qualification Tests (WQT). Perform general surveillance and inspection of welding activities across all phases — including pre-fabrication, fabrication, construction, and installation.
