Divisional QS/ Contracts Administrator Manager
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of contract administration, from tender preparation, negotiation, award, execution, to project close-out.
Review, draft, and manage contractual documents including contracts, subcontracts, variations, amendments, and claims.
Provide strategic advice and guidance to project teams on contractual rights, obligations, and risk management.
Oversee procurement and tendering processes to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and alignment with project objectives.
Monitor project budgets, costs, and cash flows in coordination with project managers and finance teams.
Manage and resolve contractual disputes, claims, and settlement processes in a fair and timely manner.
Establish and maintain effective communication and strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and international contract standards (e.g., FIDIC, Indonesian contract law).
Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management systems, policies, and procedures within the organization.
