Introduction

Brunel International is looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the documentation of all engineering drawings, vendor information and contractor deliverables.

What are you going to do 

The Document Controller will be responsible for receiving, logging, filing and retrieving engineering drawings, vendor information and contractor deliverables. The successful candidate must have 5-8 years of technical documentation experience in the oil and gas sector. The role also requires lifting and carrying bulky and heavy load of materials/documents in boxes as well as extended periods of concentration on computer screen.

Essential skills and knowledge 

• 5-8 years technical documentation experience in the oil and gas sector;• Ability to receive, log, file and retrieve engineering drawings, vendor information and contractor deliverables;
• Ability to originate reports from various tracking logs/database satisfying diverse requirements;• Ability to lift and carry bulky and heavy load of materials/documents in boxes;
• Ability to concentrate on computer screen for extended periods of time.
