What are you going to do 

HSE:• Support safety culture through participation in COMPANY safety initiatives such as Incident Free.
Main activities: Document control• Input, or make sure that all technical documents are entered into EDMS data base and follow them up and when needed review the workflow• Control and expedite regularly overdue documents or comments
• Carry out the distribution of all technical documents• Prepare as and when requested reports (weekly)• Provide IS/IT first level assistance related to EDMS• Assist related to EDMS use and filing plan to users and train newcomers
• Input, or make sure that all technical documents are entered into EDMS data base and follow them up and when needed review the workflowStakeholder interfaces:
Internal stakeholders:

  • Interfaces with all teams within E&C and externally with CP&D, Major Projects, Field Operations, RGS and D&W teams.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • An excellent working knowledge of document & data control
  • Co-ordinated approach to resolving problems in a timely manner
  • Fluent in English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Qualification: Confirmed Document Controller
  • Professional Experience (number of years): 5
  • Experience within Project: (number of years): 5
  • Large spectrum of skills and competencies in various engineering disciplines would be appreciated
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work within a team environment
