What are you going to do 

  • Manage and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all documentation is correctly version controlled and stored.
  • Prepare, issue and track document transmittals and approvals.
  • Maintain document registers and project filing systems.
  • Upload, distribute and archive documentation using M-Files or similar document management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and client documentation requirements.
  • Support Project Managers and Engineers with project administration and reporting.
  • Coordinate documentation between internal teams, subcontractors and clients.
  • Assist with project handovers, audits and close-out documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of project information at all times.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Previous experience in a Document Controller, Project Administrator or Project Coordinator role.
  • Experience working within mining, telecommunications, engineering, construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience using M-Files or similar document management systems (Aconex, SharePoint, TeamBinder, InEight or Procore).
  • Strong understanding of document control processes and quality management systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
