What are you going to do 

Supporting the Head of Design, you'll assist with coordinating design activities from concept to construction. You'll help keep information flowing, support project schedules, and contribute to the smooth delivery of design work.

  • Support the Head of Design with day-to-day project tasks
  • Assist with coordination between design teams and stakeholders
  • Help manage project documentation and design information
  • Support meetings and follow up on actions
  • Provide general assistance to the design team as required

Essential skills and knowledge 

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary education in Architecture or Interior Design and is looking for a career on the contractor side where you will be working on the delivery side of projects.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Education in Architecture or Interior Design
  • Have either worked for a construction company or are wanting to
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • Strong communicator with the ability to liaise with design teams, consultants, and project stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of design documentation, drawings, and project workflows is a plus
