What are you going to do 

  • Manage the design process across all project phases - from concept to completion
  • Coordinate design consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders
  • Review drawings and documentation to ensure design intent and constructability
  • Lead design meetings, monitor progress, and resolve design challenges proactively
  • Drive innovation and practical design solutions to achieve best project outcomes

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Design Coordinator in the Construction space OR architectual consultancy background wanting to move into contractor side
  • Background in large-scale residential apartments and mixed-use developments
  • Consistently completed complex projects over $300 million
  • Strong understanding of construction methodology and buildability principles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
