Introduction

Take control of day to day site operations, coordinating crews, subcontractors, plant and suppliers to deliver projects safely, on programme and to specification.

What are you going to do 

  • Supervise daily site activities, crews, subcontractors and plant.
  • Coordinate bulk earthworks, drainage, services, roads and subdivision works.
  • Drive programme, productivity, safety and quality on site.
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, clients and subcontractors.
  • Identify and resolve site issues before they impact delivery.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Proven Site Supervisor experience with a civil contractor.
  • Strong background in bulk earthworks and subdivision projects.
  • Experience managing crews, subcontractors and large volumes of plant.
  • Able to read plans, manage programme requirements and run a site independently.
  • Practical, hands on and comfortable taking ownership of site delivery.
  • Must be an Australian Citizen / NZ Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
